Designed by student Eden ’24. “I have fond memories of my grandmother quilting when I was a child. One quilt in particular, a brightly colored wall-hanging that featured many different wild animals, inspired my design. I am new to sewing and even newer to quilting, so it made sense for me to reach back to the quilts I know and love the most. I chose to design a bird, specifically a wren, as that is my younger sister’s middle name and she means a lot to me.”
